Zims Sauces | Mongolian Hot Sauce

 

Our fermented Mongolian Hot Sauce is an earthy sweet balance of heat and flavor. Exotic but in a comfortable way. Use anywhere a dash of heat is needed, from eggs to rice to bacon and beyond.

This limited edition concoction was created in collaboration with Mark and parker Hoffman. The Hoffman's brought fresh and fermented peppers directly from their garden and I brought the herbs and spices. The sauce was a joy to create, we hope you love it.
