CANCELATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

 

CANCELATION POLICY

You are welcome to cancel your order, unless otherwise stated, before it has shipped. 

ORDERS THAT HAVE SHIPPED CANNOT BE CANCELED

REFUND POLICY

Refunds can only be made to the original purchase method provided at time of checkout.   

Refunds CANNOT be made to alternative payment methods, new cards or accounts. Please contact your payment process or bank for information about how to receive refunds from online purchases made from cards or accounts that are no longer active or valid.

Refunds can take up to 5 days to process back to your original form of payment. If your refund has not posted after this time, and you have already spoken to your bank, please contact us at Contact@MerchCentral.com 

 

RETURN POLICY

General Returns

Items which are in like-new condition, unless otherwise stated at checkout, can be returned up to 30 days after shipment for a full refund, excluding the shipping cost. We will not accept returns for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged after delivery. 

In addition, unless Merch Central is at fault, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in getting the item(s) back to us.

Returned to Sender

Packages which are returned to us because they are deemed ‘undeliverable’ by the shipping service selected at checkout will be refunded immediately. Because of this we ask that you review your submitted shipping address before completing your purchase. 

If you need to edit your shipping address and your package has not yet shipped please contact us at Contact@MerchCentral.com 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Merch Central will not exchange an item ordered in error. 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, format, etc. we ask that you follow our General Return Policy for the item you received and simply place a new order for the item you desire. 

If you've received a product in error or an item which is defective please reach out to Contact@MerchCentral.com  and we will provide you with instructions on how to receive a replacement or a refund.
