Domestic Shipping: 
We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. This includes, First Class and Priority. All of your shipments are tracked; we will send you tracking information via email within 1 business day of your shipment.

International Shipping: 
We use two international options for First Class shipping (under 4lbs):

  • USPS First Class- please note these shipments cannot be tracked.
  • For select countries we offer an ePacket option, this service does offer tracking.

Please note that on average it takes 3-5 weeks for international shipments to arrive via First Class & ePacket services. We ask that you plan accordingly for holidays and high volume times. 

COVID DELAYS: The following countries have extended delays

If your order is over 4lbs. they will be shipped Priority Mail, which does include tracking services. Again, please allow up to three weeks for your package to be delivered.

We will send you your tracking information via email within 1 business day of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your order is returned to us, you will be contacted immediately. Failure to respond will result in your order being refunded, excluding shipping; the products will then be returned to inventory.
